David Kaiser, who returns for his third season as an assistant coach for the University of Michigan men's track and field program, contributing a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of the field events.Kaiser has made an immediate impact over his first two seasons with Michigan. Last season, the Wolverines had six field event competitors score during both of the Big Ten Championships, and this season, his athletes performed at an extremely high level at the D-! Indoor National Championships in Fayetteville. Prior to joining the Michigan staff, Kaiser served on the men's and women's coaching staffs at East Carolina (2002-03), DePaul (2002), Purdue (1998-2001), Clemson (1993-98), Wake Forest (1991-93) and Kansas (1986-91). Through his vast experience, Kaiser has gained respect and recognition among his coaching colleagues as well as the nation's top field-event athletes. ~ UM website

In 2003, Lone Star Elite was founded with the sole intent of bringing a quality track & field clinic to the south. As the millennium's first decade nears, Lone Star Elite has blossomed into one of the premier track & field clinics in the country. In 2008, under the embrella Elite Track Clinics, expansion proved successful - Chattanooga, Detroit, and Houston, with several other cities on the horizon.
Many of the world's finest coaches have spoken at our clinics, and we constantly search to find the most innovative and passionate coaches to continue speaking. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming clinics.

For coaches, officials, athletes, and fans of track & field in our home state of Texas, Elite Track Clinics has founded the Texas Track & Field Coach Associatiion (TTFCA). This non-profit organization has been founded with the intent of fostering the union of ideas between the three secondary school organizations – SPC, TAPPS and UIL – in addition to elementary, middle, collegiate (NCAA and NAIA), club, and professional coaches, officials, and athletes.
